Full GreenOK Loyalty terms
- Green Points are awarded and may be used only through a registered customer account. 50 Green Points are awarded once after the email address of a new customer account is confirmed.
- 5 Green Points are awarded for every €1 actually paid, including VAT. The calculated number of points is rounded up to the nearest whole point. Points are not awarded for delivery.
- Earned points initially have pending status and become available after the goods have been received and the applicable 14-day withdrawal period has ended. If notice of withdrawal is given in time, the points relating to that part of the order remain pending until the matter is completed. The exact date and status are shown in your account.
- 100 Green Points = €1 off your next purchase. The programme does not set a minimum number of points for redemption; the maximum points discount cannot exceed the actual price of the applicable products after other discounts. Green Points cannot be used to pay for delivery, exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
- Green Points do not expire.
- A registered customer receives a basket discount according to the threshold reached: 5% from €30, 10% from €60 and 15% from €90. The delivery fee is excluded when calculating the threshold. The basket discount is applied to the relevant purchase before Green Points, while Green Points earned from that purchase can be used on the next purchase.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded in full or in part, Green Points earned on the refunded value are cancelled. The amount paid in money is refunded in money, while Green Points used for refunded products are restored to the account according to the allocation saved with the order. If points due to be cancelled have already been used, the account balance may become negative, but this does not create a monetary debt or reduce the mandatory cash refund.
- An individually agreed professional, business or wholesale price or discount cannot be combined with GreenOK retail loyalty benefits unless expressly stated otherwise before the order.
