Description
Water-soluble mineral fertiliser for feeding plants through the roots.
Composition: calcium nitrate (Ca(NO3)2); calcium (Ca) approximately 18-19%; nitrate nitrogen (N-NO3) approximately 15%.
An easily available source of calcium for strawberries, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, berry crops and vegetables.
Especially effective for growing in bags, containers and greenhouses and in drip-irrigation systems.
Benefits: fully water-soluble; improves fruit firmness and quality; reduces the risk of blossom-end rot and soft berries; increases storage life and the market quality of produce.
Recommendations for strawberries in bags: root feeding – 0.6-0.9 g per bag containing 35-40 L of substrate and 4 plants, once every 7-10 days.
How to use: dissolve the required amount of fertiliser in clean water and use it for watering.
Safety measures: store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not mix with phosphates or sulphates in the same solution.
