Description
Manganese sulphate (MnSO₄) is an effective micronutrient fertiliser containing an easily absorbed form of manganese required for normal plant growth and development. For use in gardens, vegetable beds, lawns and flower beds.
Manganese sulphate supplies manganese (Mn); magnesium sulphate, or Epsom salt, supplies magnesium (Mg).
Why plants need manganese
Manganese plays a part in photosynthesis, promotes the uptake of nitrogen and iron, improves chlorophyll formation and strengthens plant immunity. A deficiency causes leaf yellowing, or chlorosis, slower growth and reduced yield.
Benefits
– Increases yield and crop quality
– Speeds up plant growth and development
– Prevents chlorosis and improves green growth
– Increases plant resistance to unfavourable conditions and diseases
Recommendations for use
– For foliar spraying – 2-5 g per 10 L of water
– In soil – 1-2 g per 1 m²
– Suitable for vegetables, fruit trees, berries and ornamental plants
Manganese sulphate is a reliable, affordable solution for plant health and a strong harvest.
