If you made the purchase as a consumer, you can notify GreenOK that you wish to withdraw from the distance contract. You do not need to give a reason, and the form does not require a customer account or sign-in.
Using the online form is optional – you may also send another unequivocal statement to [email protected] or by post: SIA “Ražošanas Tehnoloģijas”, Brīvības iela 144, Riga, LV-1012, Latvia.
